The Ghost Pepper was inducted into the Guiness Book of World Records in 2007 as the hottest pepper in the world. A guy at work grows them and gave me one. Due to their extreme heat, they are very hard to come by. So this was a special event. Now, I could have put it in a pot of chili or something like that. But no...I wanted to taste it by itself.
